Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Glow & Go, operated by ECO IDEA LLC ("Company"), provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard, deep, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and recurring services.

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Booking & Client Obligations

Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access
  • Secure valuables, fragile, and irreplaceable items
  • Disclose pets, hazards, and special conditions

Failure to comply may result in refusal or cancellation of service without refund.

Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are estimates based on disclosed conditions
  • Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual conditions
  • Payment authorization may be collected at booking
  • The Company may charge the payment method on file

Chargebacks / disputes filed without valid cause constitute breach of contract. The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery, including fees, collections, and legal costs.

Arrival Window

All appointments operate within a 1–2 hour arrival window. Delays do not constitute breach.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • 48+ hours → full refund
  • 24–48 hours → 30–50% fee
  • <24 hours → 100% charge
  • No-show / no access → 100% charge

If Company cancels → full refund or reschedule.

No Access / Lockout

If access is not provided, the service is deemed completed and fully chargeable.

Scope of Work
  • Services are limited to booked time and scope.
  • Additional work requires approval and may incur charges.

Hazardous & Heavy Conditions

Company may refuse service, stop service, or adjust pricing in cases including but not limited to: biohazards, infestation, unsafe or unsanitary environments.

Cleaning Products & Allergies

Cleaning products are industry-standard. The Company does not guarantee allergen-free conditions and is not liable for undisclosed sensitivities. Client assumes responsibility for failing to disclose allergies or conditions.

Pets & Safety
  • Client assumes full responsibility for pets.
  • Service may be stopped if safety is at risk, without refund.

Damage & Claims

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours with evidence. The Company is NOT liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Fragile items
  • Electronics/appliances
  • Hidden defects

All claims are subject to investigation. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering high-quality service on every visit. If any area does not meet expectations:

  • The Client must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
  • The Client must specify the areas of concern

We will review the request and, if applicable, return to address the reported areas at no additional cost.

This service is intended to correct specific issues and does not include full re-cleaning or refunds.

Parking & Access Costs
  • Client is responsible for parking, tolls, or access fees.
  • Such costs may be added to the invoice.

Right to Refuse Service

Company reserves full discretion to refuse, cancel, or terminate service.

Media Use & Confidentiality

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company may capture photos and/or videos of the completed work, including "before and after" content, strictly for quality control and marketing purposes.

The Company guarantees that:

  • the Client's identity will not be disclosed;
  • the Client's address and contact information will not be published;
  • no personal, sensitive, or compromising items will be captured or shared.

All media will be used in a non-identifiable (anonymized) manner. The Client grants the Company a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use such anonymized media for marketing and promotional purposes without limitation as to time or territory.

The Company agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of any information observed within the Client's property and will not disclose such information to any third party, except as required by law.

Recurring Services (Subscriptions)
  • Billed in advance
  • May require minimum commitment
  • Non-refundable once billed

Cancellation requires 7 days' written notice before billing cycle. Failure to provide access = charged visit.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from: unsafe conditions, undisclosed hazards, or client negligence.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond control (traffic, weather, emergencies, etc.).

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved: governed by California law, Venue: Los Angeles County.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Modifications

The Company may update these Terms at any time.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company.
